Lead of Influencer Marketing (Booking Management)

What You Will Do

  • Leading the whole Influencer Management team & QC all projects of the team. 
  • Working with internal stakeholders (Account, Planning, Creative, and Creator Growth departments) to develop plan & proposal
  • Research & propose an influencer list for the campaign. Preparing quotations & optimizing KPI for client
  • Briefing, negotiating & closing the deal with the Influencer to proceed with the campaign.
  • Managing campaigns actively and closely to achieve good performance. Report after campaign 
  • Work with the Finance/Legal/Procurement team to prepare paperwork for influencer
  • Explore new influencers & establish, and manage relationships with influencers
  • Support other departments as required. 


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • At least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing; including 2 years in the Lead/Senior Manager position
  • Experience in managing teams of the same size (8 - 10 members)
  • Have close connection with KOLs/Influencers and have at least 3 years of experience in Influencer booking 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good command of English
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms & influencer market; knowing about Affiliate Marketing is a plus
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
  • Well-managed workload, negotiation skills, and prompt solutions to solve issues.
  • Supportive other members of the team to grow up day by day.
  • Need to be social-savvy on all platforms. Researching skills on social networks to find more new faces of influencers.
