Senior Executive, Account Management (Digital Marketing & Government Client)

As a Senior Executive, Account Management (Government Client), you will be responsible for overseeing and executing account management within the government client You will cultivate and maintain relationships with government clients, achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the government procurement process, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable strategies.
What You'll Do
- Hunt new government business and manage digital marketing activities.
- Achieve sales targets assigned to the government sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients.
- Develop project schedules based on team assessments and coordinate both in-office and on-site client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting achievements and recommending improvement strategies.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction, proactively resolving issues and implementing solutions.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client objectives.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in project sales for the government industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the G-procurement (e-GP) system.
- Ability to read and understand Terms of Reference (TOR) for government agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of the government procurement process from initiation to completion.
