What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales, in alignment with client’s goals
  • Reach out and establish relationships with agencies and influencers in targeted industries and demographics
  • Media/Influencer strategy Planning & Implementation.
  • Responsible for all KOL and influencer campaign management and execution
  • Responsible for all content development, from content brainstorming, creation and delivery.
  • Ongoing market research to identify opportunities to grow the influencer network and program.
  • Develop long-term business relationship with KOLs and influencers and achieve business performance
  • Monitor traffic and marketing KPI as well as maximize ROI from KOL marketing, in close collaboration with Sales team
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends and insights in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing. Conduct regular ad hoc market research and provide regular reports and showcases to stakeholders.


Who You Are

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
  • 8 years or above working experience in marketing or online digital marketing, preferably in social media, influencer marketing and affiliate channels
  • Proactive, creative with a can-do attitude
  • Time management and attention to details are essential
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as corporate well with teams and stakeholder
  • Proactive, creative with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Basic knowledge of China social media experience, such as Xiaohungshu will be a plus.
