Vice President of Commercial, E-Commerce Distribution and Enablement

As the Vice President of Commercial, you will oversee the business growth of Key Account Management team. You are responsible for leading the teams strategically to achieve DDI and AnyMind’s business goal, shape the future of our commercial operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI) was founded by an experienced offline distributor and e-commerce executive to meet the needs of online distribution, covering online sales strategy, store operations, in-app marketing, customer services, warehousing and fulfillment. In 2023, DDI was acquired by technology company AnyMind Group, and now also helps brands maximize AnyMind's powerful end-to-end commerce and marketing technology stack.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise Account Management and Content teams, leading and implementing forward-looking commercial strategies aligned with the DDI and AnyMind Group's overall vision and goals.
  • Oversee the commercial budget, monitor and analyze financial performance ensuring financial targets are well managed.
  • Evaluate and ensure the smooth implementation of sales and account management process to achieve sales and profit targets as well as oversee inventory management to successful delivery.
  • Work closely and effectively with all Principals and executive partners in Marketplaces, B2B Customers to drive the excellent growth of DDI and AnyMind’s Commercial business.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence within the commercial function to maximize DDI and AnyMind Group's powerful end-to-end commerce and marketing technology.

Who You Are

  • Total 6+ years of Sales experience with 3+ years of leadership experience in the commercial side of E-Commerce Distribution and Enablement.
  • Proven track record in directing significant commercial success and leading multiple teams to exceed business growth goals.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, decision-making and go-to-market implementation.
  • Solid knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong capability to build long-term relationships with significant business clients.
  • Demonstrated success in steering organizational achievements, showcasing comprehensive people management skills that encompass empowering, motivating, and cultivating the development of teams with diverse levels of expertise.
