Ad Operations Executive

What You will Do

  • Based in Ha Noi & work closely with the internal Account Strategy team to understand the clients’ online advertising campaigns’ objectives
  • Responsible for campaign set-up, optimization and ensuring that the campaigns deliver and meet the KPIs across digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Tiktok...).
  • Actively monitor campaign KPIs via platform’s dashboard and reporting
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues Analyze data and prepare insightful reports
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns in order to inform future campaigns
  • Support with other Ad Operations tasks when required 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree (communications, marketing, advertising, or media preferred)
  • At least 1 years of working experience in digital media positions.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload
  • Have some experiences with popular ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
  • Researching, critical & logical thinking, teamwork
  • Understand general digital marketing principles. 
  • Knowledge in Analytics tools would be a plus.
  • Good at verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good command in English
