The Influencer Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating Influencer's strategies and campaigns to meet client objectives effectively. This position involves leading a team of Seniors, Executives, and Interns, while also serving as a liaison between various departments such as Business Development and Account Management. The role requires a strong connection with KOL and Talent Management. 


What You'll Do

  • Team Leadership and Management:

    • Lead and supervise a team consisting of two senior members, overseeing their day-to-day activities and providing guidance and mentorship.
    • Oversee the work of eight executives and interns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Strategy Development and Execution:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Account Management, to understand client requirements and objectives.
    • Utilize expertise in influencer marketing to translate client briefs into effective campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences.
    • Conduct negotiations with influencers regarding pricing, deliverables, and contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with campaign budget constraints and client expectations.
    • Develop innovative approaches to influencer selection, content creation, and campaign activation to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across relevant industries.
    • Work closely with Talent Management to identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships that align with campaign goals and brand values.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and potential challenges in the influencer landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Serve as a bridge between different departments within the organization, facilitating communication and alignment on influencer marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles and the ability to effectively translate client needs into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer management tools, and content creation workflows
