Senior Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing, Global Clients)

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be a key player in driving our growth in D2C-commerce Enablement Team focusing on driving sales revenue through effective prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management. You will have the unique opportunity to work in an international team.


What You'll Do

  • Target and acquire new clients through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc) to create sale opportunities.
  • Create sale strategies to successfully reach new client opportunities.
  • Analyze the needs of clients and understand their challenges and objectives to provide solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver pitch presentations to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of business development/sales experience working in a global digital marketing agency, especially in the Japanese client market
  • Experience in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising
  • Proven track record of successful hitting sales target and KPIs
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
  • Energetic and able to work under pressure
