E-Commerce, Team Lead

D2C & EC Enablement, Singapore

We are looking for a manager/senior manager candidate who will lead AnyMind Singapore’s D2C and EC business as well as develop our own new business and organization.

Job Overview:

The E-commerce Lead will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of our clients' e-commerce initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, excellent business acumen, and a passion for driving business growth through digital channels. The E-commerce Lead will work closely with the management team to ensure the successful execution of e-commerce strategies and initiatives, leading the enablement business, and steering the organization towards achieving its e-commerce goals.


What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Work with the management team to develop long-term business plans and set strategic goals for the e-commerce enablement business.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve client objectives and drive online sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages continuous improvement and growth.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Business Enablement

  • Lead the enablement business by overseeing all aspects of e-commerce operations, including platform management, technology integration, and user experience optimization.
  • Continuously analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value, traffic) and implement improvements to optimize results.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and tools that enhance e-commerce capabilities.

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with senior management and key stakeholders to align e-commerce strategies with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients at a senior level, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients on e-commerce strategies, best practices, and industry trends.

Sales and Business Development

  • Work closely with Business Development (BD) team and assist with developing proposals, cost analysis, sales projections for pitches

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin (Good to have).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an e-commerce enabler, commerce platform or e-commerce roles in brands.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in account management, with a track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.
  • Solid knowledge of e-commerce tools & channels.
  • Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
