Key Account Management (Chinese Speaking)

Job Scope
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients who import products from international markets. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' import requirements, preferences, and challenges. Identify opportunities to add value and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Oversee the importation process for key clients, from order placement to final delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and efficient clearance of imported goods
- Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment for imported products
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention within key client accounts. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Develop and plan marketing strategy for imported product including social media content, marketing campaign and live commerce strategy
- Work closely with internal teams including performance marketing team and producer team

- 2-3 years experience as Key Account Management , Import/Export Officer ,Logistic Officer, Trader
- Have an experience of cross border business / Import product from other country / FDA / DM license would be advantage
- Strong understanding of import regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in Chinese (speaking/reading/writing) and able to communicate in English is a must
- Have ecommerce background would be advantage
