[D2C] Manager/ Senior Sales Manager

What You'll Do

  • Good market and client connect in B2B segment and B2C segment. Target and acquire new agency clients through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Exposure to all digital sales - Google, Ecommerce, Website, SEO,Face Book Influencer marketing ( Influencer marketing not that necessary)
  • Lead initiatives to expand our market presence of  agency business in India, driving incremental revenue from new agency clients
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, ensuring a strong pipeline for business growth
  • Create sale strategies to successfully reach new client opportunities
  • Analyze the needs of agency clients, understanding their challenges and objectives
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Present innovative advertising solutions, demonstrating how AnyMind can elevate the effectiveness of agency campaigns
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Manage and forecast sales plan according to targets and accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends


Who You Are

  • 3+ years of business development/sales experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Strong experience in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising
  • Proven track record of successful hitting sales target and KPIs
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in team management
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
  • Energetic and able to work under pressure
  • Nice To Have Strong network of advertising agencies in India market
