What You Will Do

AnyMind's Partner - a global digital and integrated communications agency that provides strategic counsel and creative thinking is looking for a new Social Account Senior Manager.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients and new business.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social and communication strategies that meet client goals.
  • Lead the communication, understanding client needs, and business goals, acting as client primary point of contact, and fostering trust and open communication.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes for the organization.

Business Management & Growth

  • Developing business plans and roadmaps to achieve those goals
  • Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing client and new clients.
  • Forecasting future business trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Estimating revenue, expenses, and profitability-related to the assigned accounts
  • Present to business lead, stakeholder about business management on weekly, monthly, yearly basic

Project Management

  • Overseeing the development and execution of campaigns from concept to completion
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Providing regular progress reports and updates to clients, addressing any concerns, and managing revisions or adjustments.
  • Adhere to established processes and workflows, as it relates to campaign set-up and pixel placement strategy, creative execution (including dynamic creative), resource trafficking, campaign management and any troubleshooting necessary.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
  • Work with the planner & creative team to develop engaging and high-quality campaign, social key hook, adhering to brand guidelines and social media trends and campaign master strategy.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: work with social experts to crack campaign performance against KPIs, analyze key metrics (likes, shares, clicks, conversions), and generate comprehensive reports for clients, providing actionable insights.
  • Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing.
  • Focus on ensuring superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best possible service.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Effectively delegating tasks among team members, assigning projects based on individual strengths and skillsets, and ensuring everyone is clear on their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Act as mentors for junior team members, offering guidance on career development, skill improvement, training junior to grow follow agency's requirement.
  • Develop & participate in the training of account team, sharing your expertise and best practices. Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment within the team.
  • Set high standards for excellence and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Demonstrating strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude, setting a good example for the team to follow.

Who You Are

  • A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with minimum 1 years of experience in Senior Account Manager position
  • Good English communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build Client relationship
  • Passionate leader who values and fosters collaborative, cohesive teams
  • Understand popular social networks including design, functionality and users
  • Active participation in wide variety of social media activities
  • Affinity and passion for technology and consumer electronics
  • Ability to leverage existing media relationships to generate earned impressions & engagements
