IT Help Desk Executive

What You Will Do

  • Check damaged laptops condition, propose work with vendors to come up with repairing solutions and work with vendors to fix laptops
  • Work with vendor to manage company internet
  • Support apps installation (Microsoft Office, printer, adobe, other apps) for new hires and reset laptops for resignees
  • Manage company server 
  • Manage company external accounts (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Creative, CG, ...)
  • Create company accounts for new hires (Workplace/ Workchat, Gmail, ...) and terminate accounts for resignees
  • Control company data protection
  • Manage company security cameras and phone lines
  • Support other tasks if needed 


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as an IT Help Desk Technician or Help Desk Specialist or relevant role.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
