[IN,MUM,HR & Admin- Executive] 1 year Contract basis

Please note that this position is for 1 year on contract basis post that based on performance it would be made permanent

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, negotiating, reference check and hiring process.
  • Screening resume and selecting the best fit sending to Line Manager
  • Handle candidate sourcing and pre-screening to match qualified candidates with position requirements.
  • Dealing with vendors like PF Agents, Housekeeping, Stationers, Pest Control & Travel Agents etc.
  • Check vendors bills, phone bills, maintenance bills etc. & same proceed for payment.
  • Arrange & Maintain stationery, Housekeeping, general office upkeep.
    Handling all Office Housekeeping, Office Security, Office Repair & Maintenance, Office Maintenance & Pantry.
  • Handling office assistants across all offices
  • Taking care of all AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) like Air-conditioning & Housekeeping, etc
  • Arrangement of all Office functions, parties & offsite
  • Any other tasks as required by the HR department

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Multitasker
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition and/or Office Admin
  • Excellent communicator and well-organized.
