Influencer Marketing Strategist
Influencer marketing -AE, Kuala Lumpur
What You'll Do :
- Prepare proposal and strategy for campaigns
- Identify and engage social influencers to foster dialogue and promote client campaigns
- Manage influencers’ outcomes for all marketing campaigns and on all digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including coordinating with third parties and managing relationships between talents and the brand team
- Manage daily operations of the internal team as requested
- Report and provide data from analytics tools and channel insights
- Work closely with your line manager on market analysis and strategy development for business growth
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital/social agency
- Result-oriented mind with a passion for work
- Managing skill :
➢ Show a capability to handle multitasking, speed at work with faithfulness to responsibility as assigned from Manager.
➢ Plan and execute campaign based on request.
➢ Be adaptable & sensitive based on timeline
➢ Detail-oriented when it comes to costing/quality control
- Communication skill :
➢ Create a smooth communication with internal and external party to deliver clear direction and right outcome
➢ Written skill in email & proposal management
➢ Pro-active at work with problem solving skill :
➢ Ability to handle tasks and responsible when facing problems, analyse problem’s root and / or/ suggest a proper solution to team or propose to Manager for execution and so on.
- Strategic Thinking with business mindset :
➢ Maintain and improve proposal quality to meet campaign expectation while aware of market trends to support growth of AnyTag Business.
- Initiation and Productivity at workplace :
➢ Organise and prioritise own tasks effectively to increase productivity during working hours. This’s including attendance Monday morning meeting, team meeting and participating with Company’s major activity for better understanding related to Company direction and professionalism.
