Senior Business Development Executive (Ad Monetization)

AnyMind Philippines is a leading digital commerce company dedicated to empowering web and app publishers to maximize their potential. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and foster partnerships with web and app publishers

What You'll Do

• Independently prospect publishers (Web or App), pitch, and acquire accounts
• Generate and pursue leads using both traditional strategies and our automated lead-generation tool
• Undergo training for programmatic ad monetization business and related solutions
• Achieve individual sales targets consistently every month
• Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses and conduct regular performance reviews of their ad performance
• Provide publishers with regular optimization suggestions to scale their business and become an expert in monetization strategy after your training period
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with local and regional teams
• Stay updated with industry trends on ad monetization
• Analyze large amounts of data using Google Sheets and other tools

Who You Are

• 2 years of experience in Business Development in the Digital Marketing industry
• Experience with a KPI-driven role
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with external clients
• Experience in ads monetization of Mobile Apps and Websites is a plus
• Knowledge of AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, or other web analytics is a plus
