Platform Operations Executive (Optimization)

What You'll Do
- Focus on setting up & optimizing Programmatic Direct campaigns (ex: Programmatic Guaranteed, Preferred Deals) on Google Ad Manager platform.
- Work closely with the Advertiser Engagement team and Product team to provide customized consultations for each deal.
- Apply new technologies and solutions to grow Programmatic Direct business.
- Deliver analysis and recommendations to maximize publishers revenue.
- Prepare content for Department Newsletter/Training.
- Apply quantitative techniques to improve operational efficiencies and explore new revenue opportunities for publishers
- Keep up to date with industry research figures and new technology knowledge.
Who You Are
- BA's degree is required
- Digital advertising knowledge of display advertising and programmatic ecosystem is required
- Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus, especially in the publisher world like websites, apps, games,...
- Experience with Google Ad Manager is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with outstanding communication
- An open mind with strong willingness to learn
- Logical, data-oriented, and tech-driven
- Independent, passionate, self-motivated and quick learner
- Having a clear career vision is a big plus.
