What You'll Do
- Manage sales result of the team to achieve monthly target
- Supervise member’s work and give advice for better productivity.
- Motivate the team to attain the best result among all the team
- Attend weekly meetings with CEO, Director, Senior Managers and other managers.
- Individually prospect, pitch and close sales.
- Support your member with sales activities and planning strategies.
- Build good relationship with other departments, clients and agencies.
- Continuously develop yourself and your team to stay on top of the latest industry innovations and trends.
- Engage in recruiting new team members.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English
- Native in Phillipines language skill.
- 1+ years of experience as Sales generating leads.
- 1+ years of experience in Digital Advertising Agencies or AdTech companies.
- Critical thinking ans Logical Reasoning
- Fun to communicate with
- Result-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility.
