Business Development Manager (Influencer Marketing)

As a Business Development Manager at AnyMind Thailand, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the advertising, digital marketing, and e-commerce sectors. You will leverage your strong understanding of client needs, industry trends, and our innovative suite of influencer and digital marketing solutions to build and maintain long-term, successful client relationships.

 

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Sales:

    • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and target markets.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 

Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.
    • Understand client business objectives, identify marketing needs and pain points, and develop tailored solutions.
    • Present and pitch integrated marketing plans, including influencer marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce solutions.

 

Campaign Management & Execution:

    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., account managers, campaign managers, technical support) to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliver high-quality results.

 

Market & Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay abreast of the latest trends in advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of AnyMind's product offerings, competitive landscape, and market positioning.

 

Team Contribution & Mentorship:

    • Contribute to team efforts and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
    • Coach and mentor junior team members on sales techniques, client communication, and industry best practices.

 

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development within the advertising, digital marketing, or e-commerce industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry or with AdTech companies.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of both English and Thai.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Results-oriented with a strong passion for achieving success.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
