Sales and Supply Chain Management Manager, Cross-Border E-Commerce

We’re looking for a Business Development & Supply Chain Management Manager to drive partnerships, optimize supply chain operations, and accelerate business growth. This is a dynamic role where you’ll collaborate with factories, suppliers, and e-commerce teams to bring top-performing products to global consumers.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and establish partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Develop profitable sales plans and go-to-market strategies for various product categories.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and payment terms to secure the best deals.
- Expand B2B and B2C sales channels, including e-commerce, live commerce ( AnyLive), and offline distribution.
Supply Chain & Product Operations
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to final delivery.
- Optimize product selection and inventory management based on market trends.
- Work with suppliers to improve production lead times, quality control, and cost efficiency.
- Manage logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment to ensure smooth distribution.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Identify new product opportunities and collaborate with factories on product development.
- Provide data-driven insights to refine pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
Livestream & E-commerce Enablement
- Coordinate with livestreaming teams to ensure trending products are available.
- Develop exclusive factory-direct product bundles for live commerce campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing teams on pricing strategies and promotional events.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, supply chain management, business development, or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written & spoken) – able to communicate effectively with suppliers and global teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerce.
- Excellent coordination skills, able to facilitate collaboration between different teams across markets.
- Experience in live commerce, digital marketing, end-to-end supply chain management is a plus
