What You'll Do
- Develop and manage project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their expectations and leading the team to achieve optimal business results.
- Analyze project requirements and execute for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support client growth and ensure contract compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify potential issues, develop solutions, and provide timely resolution, including weekend support as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive reports tailored to client needs, including key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate account performance and set digital marketing direction.
- Coordinate with third-party partners to ensure contract compliance.
- Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs and business growth potential.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in account management, account executive, or a related field
- Fundamental understanding of influencer marketing and digital marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent command of both English and Thai
