TikTok Short Video Operations

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tiktok Short Video Operations to support cross-border e-commerce (AnyLive) campaigns and collaborate with clients in China and SEA’s market.
What You'll Do
- Master the logic of short video operations, shoot and edit informational flow videos, and produce content according to team and brand requirements.
- Have experience launching short video accounts, capable of content writing, script design, and data analysis for account operation, and providing optimization plans at different stages; familiar with matrix account creation and operation.
- Familiar with the operation logic of TikTok/YouTube/Douyin/Kuaishou short videos, able to drive customer lead conversion through content operation.
- Familiar with video sensitivity, proficient in the overseas version of CapCut for short video splicing, transcoding, special effects, subtitles, etc.; skilled in original and batch editing, with experience in e-commerce video ads and campaign cooperation preferred
Who You Are
- Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written and spoken) – strong communication skills are essential
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with TikTok domestic short video editing experience preferred, understanding TikTok's deduplication rules. The style should lean toward European, American, and Southeast Asian styles. Overseas video experience is not mandatory, but sufficient domestic experience is required.
- Passionate about video media, with good artistic cultivation and aesthetic judgment, open to new concepts, strong self-learning ability, strong communication skills, a patient attitude towards problem-solving, and divergent creative thinking.
- Familiar with video sensitivity, proficient in the overseas version of CapCut for short video splicing, transcoding, special effects subtitles, etc.
- Familiar with major overseas platforms, understanding overseas user habits, with the ability to judge TikTok short video viral elements.
- Strong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerce
- Excellent coordination skills, able to facilitate collaboration between different teams across markets
- Experience in e-commerce, live commerce, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.
