Executive, Content Marketing (Kota Damansara)

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Executive to join our growing Content Marketing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and performance metrics, producing and optimizing short-form content that drives measurable business results. You will play a pivotal role in transforming creative assets into high-performing campaigns, ensuring our brand partners maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging short-form content and ensure all non-conversion content aligns with brand tone and platform best practices.
  • Adapt and transform existing creative assets into high-performance formats suitable for paid ads and affiliate marketing.
  • Optimize hooks, captions, CTAs, and opening frames using performance data insights (CTR, CVR, watch time) to maximize engagement.
  • Prepare comprehensive content kits for affiliates and creators, including product highlights, selling points, dos & don’ts, and sample captions.
  • Support the A/B testing of content for ads, actively tracking performance and iterating based on data-driven results.
  • Adapt high-performing ad content into reference materials (guidelines, angles, product focus) to empower our affiliate network.
  • Coordinate closely with the Affiliate team to align content direction with campaign mechanics and commission focus.
  • Stay updated on platform content trends, formats, hooks, and storytelling styles, sharing relevant insights with the team for testing opportunities.
  • Document key learnings from tested content formats to continuously improve future executions.

Who You Are

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (current students or recent graduates are welcome).
  • Demonstrate deep fluency in digital ecosystems, with a strategic understanding of platform-specific content dynamics (e.g., viral mechanics on TikTok vs. visual aesthetics on Instagram).
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, specifically regarding visual quality control, product presentation, and lighting standards.
  • Possess high operational agility and efficiency, with the capability to execute end-to-end video production and editing within tight turnaround times to capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Maintain a creative and proactive mindset, with a strong aptitude for continuous learning and collaborative teamwork.
