Senior Executive, E-Commerce Account Management (Kota Damansara)

We are seeking a results-oriented professional Senior Executive, E-commerce Account Management to be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with clients’ marketing goals.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
  • Manage inventory levels across platforms and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, events (e.g., mega sales like 3.3/9.9/11.11/12.12, product launches, collaborations), promotions, and discount strategies tailored for each platform (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) to drive traffic, sales, and meet client/brand goals.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate promotional activities, including live streaming events.
  • Plan, manage, and utilize platform-specific advertising tools (including in-app ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients (if applicable), internal teams (design, brand marketing, supply chain), and third-party vendors.
  • Build strong client relationships (if applicable) and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the overall brand strategy through constant communication.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging and effective visual content for platforms and campaigns.
  • Coordinate all logistics for campaign execution, working with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure work is completed within budget.
  • Work extended hours or during nights as needed to monitor and support mega campaigns (e.g., 3.3, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with 1-3 years of relevant Marketing/Agency experience.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken) and strong collaboration skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative.
