Senior Manager, Business Development (E-commerce and Social Commerce service)

D2C & EC Enablement, Bangkok

As a Senior Manager, Business Development at AnyMind Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our E-commerce and Social Commerce services. Leveraging AnyMind Group's comprehensive suite of solutions across e-commerce, marketing, logistics, and more, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand our market presence and achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners, and identify new business opportunities that align with AnyMind Group's global vision.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies, aligned with AnyMind Group's global strategy, to achieve revenue goals, increase customer acquisition, and enhance client retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Account Management teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team success and professional development.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients and affiliates, negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and affiliates, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing client satisfaction, and driving retention.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth, specifically within the E-commerce Enablement landscape.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including D2C and other relevant departments, to ensure alignment of business development activities with overall company objectives, and to effectively integrate E-commerce Enablement solutions into client strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly, with a keen focus on the performance and adoption of E-commerce Enablement services.
  • Provide regular and insightful reports and updates to senior management regarding business development activities, progress towards goals, and key performance indicators, including specific metrics related to E-commerce Enablement growth and client success.
  • Plan and execute innovative promotional campaigns, sales events, and other initiatives to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness, with a focus on highlighting the value proposition of AnyMind Group's E-commerce Enablement offerings.
  • Explore and develop international business opportunities, leveraging AnyMind Group's presence across Asia and beyond, including identifying opportunities to expand our E-commerce Enablement services in new markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive the adoption of AnyMind Group's E-commerce Enablement services, including platform solutions, storefront development, and other related offerings.
  • Identify and build relationships with key partners and technology providers within the E-commerce Enablement ecosystem.
  • Understand client's e-commerce business needs and challenges to effectively position and sell AnyMind Group's E-commerce Enablement solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on E-commerce Enablement features and identify opportunities for innovation.



Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in business development.
  • Strong understanding of the E-commerce Enablement landscape, including various platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing sales and account management teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with AnyMind Group's services and the digital marketing landscape is a plus.
