Senior Key Account Executive, B2C

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce brands/clients, ensuring achievement of revenue, GMV, and profitability targets.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand principals and marketplace partners.
- Drive sales performance through strategic planning, campaign execution, assortment optimization, and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis.
- Prepare and present regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution and target achievement.
- Proactively identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and business results.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- 2-3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational execution skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience managing multiple clients or brands.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is a plus.
