Senior Key Account Executive, B2C

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce brands/clients, ensuring achievement of revenue, GMV, and profitability targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand principals and marketplace partners.
  • Drive sales performance through strategic planning, campaign execution, assortment optimization, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution and target achievement.
  • Proactively identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and business results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational execution skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience managing multiple clients or brands.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is a plus.
