Regional Warehouse Operations

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Regional Warehouse Operations to lead and oversee our Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations across multiple regional fulfillment centers.
In this role, you will act as the Regional Focal Point, ensuring real-time stock synchronization, SKU master data standardization, inventory accuracy, and seamless multi-site order flows. You will also transform operational data into actionable strategic reports for management and drive continuous process improvements across our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities

Regional OMS & WMS Management:

Manage and monitor daily regional OMS operations, including cross-location SKU binding, order flow optimization, and real-time stock synchronization tracking.

Oversee operational data extraction and processing to support regional analytical needs.

Inventory Control & System Auditing:

Validate and audit all system stock adjustments and inventory movements within the WMS to maintain strict data accuracy and regional compliance.

Audit, update, and maintain master SKU records across the integrated OMS-WMS pipeline to guarantee regional data consistency.

Data Reporting & Performance Analytics:

Consolidate and maintain regional operation data reports in Google Sheets/MS Excel.

Highlight key trends and present daily/weekly regional performance analytics to management using pivot tables, dashboards, and visual charts.

Issue Troubleshooting & Escalation:

Investigate, escalate, and resolve complex fulfillment issues and operational edge cases.

Collaborate closely with Customer Service (CS), Logistics/3PL partners, and Local Warehouse Managers.

Returns & SLA Tracking:

Track and monitor pending or unreceived regional return parcels.

Ensure local warehouse teams process all returns within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Continuous Process Improvement:

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline order fulfillment and inventory management across all regional centers.

Requirements
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Operations Executive, Control Tower Specialist, or in a similar analytical/coordination role within an E-commerce Enabler or Logistics environment.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience in managing, auditing, and troubleshooting OMS and WMS on a multi-site or regional scale.

Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations (charts/graphs) for executive reporting.

Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams (Logistics, Warehouse Managers, CS, and Commercial).

E-Commerce Familiarity: Deep knowledge of regional marketplace enabler systems, seller centers, and merchant dashboards.

Multi-Brand & Multi-Site Handling: Prior experience managing multi-brand inventory across several warehouse facilities or regions.

Mindset: High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving attitude, and a proven ability to perform well under the pressure of tight mega-campaign deadlines (e.g., Double Days, Payday sales).
