Inventory Accountant Executive

As an Inventory Accountant Executive is responsible for managing and controlling inventory-related accounting processes, including inbound transactions, purchase orders (PO), and compensation reports. This role ensures inventory records are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards and internal controls.

What You'll Do

• Record and verify inbound inventory transactions in the accounting system
• Coordinate and monitor inventory related to imported goods, including reconciliation of import quantities and costs from shipment to warehouse receipt.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Review and validate purchase orders against contracts and approved terms
• Ensure accurate matching of PO, GRN, and supplier invoices (3-way matching)
• Track outstanding POs and follow up on pending or incomplete transactions
• Generate regular brand compensation reports (monthly/quarterly) to claim applicable rebates, incentives, and marketing funds.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and comfortable working with numbers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail in stock reconciliation
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
