We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition & People Operations Executive who will support end-to-end recruitment and assist in HR operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Prepare and release offer letters and assist with salary negotiations.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRIS updates.
- Support HR processes such as attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance processes.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Support in training and development.
- Dealing with vendors like PF Agents, Housekeeping, Stationers, Pest Control & Travel Agents etc.
- Check vendors bills, phone bills, maintenance bills etc. & same proceed for payment.
- Arrange & Maintain stationery, Housekeeping, general office upkeep.
Handling all Office Housekeeping, Office Security, Office Repair & Maintenance, Office Maintenance & Pantry. - Handling office assistants across all offices
- Taking care of all AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) like Air-conditioning & Housekeeping, etc
- Arrangement of all Office functions, parties & offsite
- Any other tasks as required by the HR department
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
- Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and few HRMS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
