We’re seeking a creative leader to join us as a Senior Graphic Designer. You’ll shape the visual identity of our brand across campaigns, marketing, and digital channels, turning strategic briefs into bold, impactful designs. This role combines hands-on design, creative mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver work that truly stands out.
What You'll Do
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of high-impact visual content across advertising, branded content, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns.
- Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative concepts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback on design execution, creativity, and technical skills.
- Oversee the creative workflow from ideation to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion of all projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and client services, to develop innovative design solutions that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, design tools, and emerging visual technologies to continually elevate creative output.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas and rationale, and iterating based on feedback.
- Take ownership of ad hoc creative initiatives and special projects as assigned by management.
Who You Are
- Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design/Creative Arts/Visual Arts or relevant field with minimum of 1-3 years experience as a graphic designer.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, In-Design etc.
- Attentive to details, positive and self driven team player
- Work well with tight deadlines
