We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Manager to join our India & MENA team. This role involves leading the full HR function, including HR business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and HR operations across multiple countries. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to drive people strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and implement scalable HR practices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What You'll Do
- Serve as the HR Business Partner to senior leadership across India & MENA, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment for key roles.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Oversee learning & development programs, including workshops, leadership training, and skill-building initiatives.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, compliance, policies, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local regulations.
- Build and enhance employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs to foster a high-performing, inclusive environment.
- Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to support business decision-making.
- Lead regional HR projects, including organizational restructuring, change management, and HR technology implementations.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of HR experience, with hands-on experience in fast-growing digital, media, tech, or startup environments.
- Proven experience in HRBP, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and full-cycle HR operations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Knowledge of multi-country HR regulations (India & MENA) is a plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced change, with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA in HR, Postgraduate Diploma, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
