Business Development Senior Executive, D2C Solutions

As a Business Development Senior Executive, you will be the main contact point between clients and internal teams. The role requires a strong business acumen, quick-minded talents to identify sales opportunities and tailor suitable e-commerce solutions to clients.

What You Will Do

• Be accountable for increasing the sales pipeline and new clients acquisition.
• Identifying room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for clients who are promoting and selling products on ecommerce platforms.
• Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into short-term and long-term development plan
• Optimize the acquisition process to increase conversion rate of the sale funnels
• Identify prospect’s objectives to craft solutions that meet or exceed the goals
• Provide market feedback to improve our product development and ecosystem services
• Operate or collaborate with cross functional teams (internal & external) to optimize the acquisition process

Who You Are

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in E-commerce is required; and 2 years of working experience in the same position
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management. Identify clients needs and able to maintain a good relationship with clients
• Result-oriented, proactive and have a strong business acumen
• Proficient English.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and well-organized with a good sense of responsibility
• Good strategic thinking, analytical and listening skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
