Senior Regional Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager. Responsible for driving the positioning and awareness of the company, the marketing and communications team plays a central role in building, maintaining and advocating AnyMind Group with key stakeholders. Driving forward AnyMind Group’s position as industry and thought leaders is paramount and the team works closely together to ensure a globally aligned strategy.
About the role
In order to drive the company through its significant growth and to enhance and nurture the company’s growth – we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our successful team and play a key role in delivering key impact across the company. The position offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to take ownership of a diverse set of B2B marketing programs and will oversee regional marketing strategies across all markets to deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets. The role can be based out of any of AnyMind Group's operating markets, and reports to the Chief of Staff. The selected candidate will also be primarily working with a remote marcomms team across the region.
What You'll Do
- Regional Marketing Leadership: Work cross-functionally to implement and enhance foundational marketing programs that drive value across markets. Shape and execute a region-first strategy that supports local teams in achieving revenue targets, while maintaining alignment with global objectives and consistent brand messaging.
- Demand Generation Strategy: Take ownership of the marketing demand generation strategy across all markets, working closely with local Sales leadership to drive growth. Build and execute strategic plans that create impactful demand generation campaigns to meet and exceed business goals.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the regional marketing pipeline, collaborating with each region and HQ to develop and execute demand generation programs. Focus on delivering a strong pipeline of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to support business growth across diverse markets.
- Marketing Excellence: Elevate marketing practices by introducing and embedding best-in-class strategies and frameworks across all markets, ensuring cohesion with global standards and the flexibility to adapt locally.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with local leadership to create and execute tailored go-to-market strategies that cater to market-specific opportunities and challenges. Ensure alignment between corporate priorities and localized efforts to maximize impact.
- Customer-Centric Campaigns: Collaborate with marcomms teams across regions to deliver impactful customer marketing initiatives, including events, content development, demand generation campaigns, case studies, and award submissions, designed to resonate with target audiences.
- Regional Advocacy: Represent the unique nuances, challenges, and opportunities of each market, ensuring feedback flows effectively between local teams and global stakeholders. Act as a critical voice for local differentiation while integrating regional insights into broader marketing strategies.
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing.
- Proven track record in pipeline generation strategy and execution
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with peers, customers, prospects, and influencers
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to formulate and communicate strategy effectively
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High aptitude for viewing challenges as opportunities and collaborating cross-departmentally to create unique, impactful solutions that benefit the region and the company
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
