Regional E‑commerce Account Manager / Sr. Manager

As Regional E-Commerce Account Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic force behind leading DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) high-profile (G7) brands across APAC, owning GMV performance and scaling brands across platforms, markets, and AnyMind’s proprietary commerce solutions. This is a high-impact role at the heart of Asia’s rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape, where you’ll bridge strategy and execution, data and creativity, big brands need and tech solutions, all while unlocking regional growth at scale.

What You'll Do   

  • Lead Strategic Growth: Manage a portfolio of 5–10 high-value DTC brands with clear GMV and profitability targets across multiple markets.
  • Develop Regional Playbooks: Build annual joint business plans with client and internal leadership, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across AnyMind’s end-to-end offerings.
  • Drive Performance: Pinpoint high-impact levers—conversion rate, AOV, traffic mix, bundling, pricing—and work with media teams to drive ROAS and budget efficiency.
  • Own Financial Strategy: Analyze account P&Ls, forecast trade-offs (margin vs. growth), and calibrate strategy for optimal top- and bottom-line impact.
  • C-Suite Client Engagement: Run strategic business reviews with CMO, CFO, and CEO-level stakeholders, translating data into financial insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Regional Execution Excellence: Manage internal and local market teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, new product launches, and cross-border activation.
  • Data Storytelling: Lead funnel, cohort, and merchandising analysis; validate hypotheses through A/B testing; build intuitive dashboards to guide client decisions.
  • Leverage Market Dynamics: Align campaign strategies with regional events (11.11, Ramadan, CNY) and compliance needs; tap into partner ecosystems for additional lift.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce growth, account management, or brand-side Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) within an E-commerce Enabler, Platform Marketplace, or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hitting aggressive GMV, efficiency, and revenue targets across multiple, distinct Asian markets.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and high comfort engaging with C-suite clients, underpinned by strong financial literacy (P&L, trade-offs) and the analytical skills to challenge strategic assumptions.
  • Exceptional command of data and superior communication skills—able to craft crisp, persuasive narratives from complex datasets.
  • Possess a strong "number sense" and strategic, non-operational mindset focused on driving regional strategy and commercial impact.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English. Proficiency in Asian languages (e.g., Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Mandarin) is a plus.
