Finance Executive

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including processing bills, ensuring timely payments, and handling expense reimbursement.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including invoicing, managing collections, and maintaining accurate records of unbilled balances. This includes issuing invoices and tax invoices.
• Prepare monthly tax returns, manage withholding tax filings, and generate VAT reports. Ensure accurate and timely input of information into the tax system until it is reported.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including bank reconciliations, and maintain detailed records for both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Also, manage other accounting schedules required for the closing process.
• Provide support during audits and tax audits by coordinating and providing necessary documentation and information.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting systems, programs, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform various accounting duties and handle ad hoc requests as required to support the financial operations of the organization.

 Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an accounting & finance role, specifically handling tax, invoicing, and reports. Experience in a multinational business (PMA) is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous, although not mandatory (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated and fast learner with a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English, enabling effective communication.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to track prospects, and proficiency in multitasking.
• Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
