Finance & Operations Manager

Join AnyMind Group as our Finance & Operations Manager and be a pioneer in strengthening the financial and operational backbone of our Seoul office. In this high-impact role, you will drive business growth by ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency, overseeing financial management, corporate tax processes, accounts receivable, and office operations. By reporting directly to the Country Manager and Regional Head of Finance, you will play a key role in optimizing financial processes and ensuring a smooth process, enabling the business to run seamlessly.

What You'll Do

• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end closing to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with AnyMind Group’s standards.
• Corporate Tax Management: Manage the full corporate tax process, including annual tax returns and E-tax submissions, ensuring compliance and smooth coordination with tax vendors.
• Accounts Receivable: Handle invoicing, payment collections, and account reconciliations to maintain cash flow and financial health.
• Expense Management: Monitor and optimize employee and office-related expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure adherence to local regulations and corporate policies.
• Office Operations: Oversee office rental renewals and serve as the main liaison with building management for operational needs.
• Reporting to: Country Manager and Regional Head of Finance.
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience and at least 2 years in office management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable, and corporate tax management.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Fluent in both Korean (native level) and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with a strong ability to optimize financial and operational processes.
• Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
