Senior Manager, Account Management (Global Business)

We are currently looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior Account Manager to join our D2C E-commerce Enablement team at AnyMind Thailand. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on both local and global businesses. You will be responsible for working closely with a multinational team and managing a team of talented individuals

 

What You'll Do

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue growth and developing strategic account plans to maximize client engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives
  • Providing guidance and support to the team members, fostering their professional growth and development
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations, setting clear objectives, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions
  • Monitoring client satisfaction levels and proactively addressing any issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve company targets<

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Have 8+ years experience in account management or client service
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Associate Account Director or Account Director
  • Fluent in English (Need to work with multi-culture environment)
  • Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets
  • Experience in D2C E-commerce, Advertising agencies and Digital Marketing industry is plus
