What You'll Do

We are seeking a versatile and proactive professional to fill the role of  Senior Executive, HR and Office Administration (Part Time). This position will play a crucial role in supporting both the human resources and office management functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing diverse tasks in a dynamic work environment.

 

HR Administration

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Process and file documentation related to employee status changes, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal HR resources and documentation.

 

Office Administration

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and supplies procurement.
    • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for all employees.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and events. Arrange necessary facilities, catering, and equipment for meetings and events.
    • Provide general administrative support to People department, including handling correspondence, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Assist in the coordination of office activities and events.
