We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead and foster partnerships with content creators. Your primary goal will be to effectively collaborate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to drive brand awareness, engagement through strategic influencer partnerships. As our Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing, you will play a key role in strategising on new opportunities for bringing in new talent and retaining our current talent pool. You will be proactive in attending industry events, keeping your finger on the pulse for new trends and brands to be working with. Your organisational skills and attention to detail, combined with your vested interest in the influencer marketing and talent management space will be key to the success in this role.



What You’ll Do

  • Develops and oversees the development of detailed list pull briefs that outline key messaging, brand aesthetic, campaign goals, influencer strategy
  • Leads the development of paid plans - i.e. sourcing the right partners and ensuring rates have been crossed checked with all internal resources
  • Responsible for the negotiation of high reach paid partnerships in an efficient and effective manner
  • Identify and engage with influential content creators through personalized outreach
  • Leads the development of pitch templates and briefs that cover key messaging points, verbal and visual considerations and do’s/don’ts that will guide the content creation process for all influencer partnerships
  • Manage the pitching and negotiating of brand partnerships between talents, brands, and clients.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, influencer agents and press to keep the brand front of mind through organic coverage and social mentions

  • Working knowledge of the Influencer landscape across social media platforms
  • Passionate about building a career in influencer and social media marketing
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at identifying new trends and opportunities in the ever-evolving digital landscape

  • You’re a problem solver. You can think on your feet, with analytical skills a huge plus
