As a part of the Product Growth team, the customer success will play a critical role in enabling internal teams to create value for their customers through AnyManager platform whilst providing valuable market insights and inputs to the product teams.
What You'll Do
- Gather, store, and analyze client-related data from websites and mobile apps through the platform to enhance client satisfaction
- Collect and store data from social media platforms using our internal technology and tools
- Provide assistance in troubleshooting for clients, contributing to the growth of their businesses
- Participate in data entry, data cleaning, and analysis to maintain accurate and current information within the system
- Manage daily data reporting operations
- Develop expertise in the field of publisher growth business, encompassing multiple publisher growth platforms
- Become proficient in operating the AnyManager platform, comprehending its features and functionalities
- Collaborate closely with the AnyManager Product Growth Team across various regions
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in data entry or data analysis
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Strong data-oriented mindset, with the ability to derive logical conclusions from data analysis
- Having knowledge of programmatic advertisement is plus
- Having knowledge of publisher’s business is plus
- Having knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is plus
- Having knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is plus
