Customer Success Executive / Senior Executive, D2C Business 電商營運客戶專員
What You'll Do
- Assist domestic and international clients with daily updates and maintenance of their e-commerce and crowdfunding platforms.
- Assist overseas clients with shipping and customs clearance matters for their goods.
- Utilize platform data to propose specific optimization strategies, marketing plans, and communication with clients.
- Assist clients in engaging with cross-industry partnerships and influencer profit-sharing activities to optimize sales results.
- Maintain clients and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
Who You Are
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an e-commerce operations specialist (or in the e-commerce service industry).
- Experience in e-commerce operations, shop management and optimization, and cross-border e-commerce.
- Understanding of ROAS and SEO concepts in marketing.
- Able to adapt to the fast-changing and rapidly growing culture of a startup company.
- Moderate to proficient English proficiency (at least able to conduct basic conversations)
- 擔任電商(或電商服務產業) 營運專員經驗1~2年以上在電商端有營運、商城管理與優化、跨境電商經驗者
