What You’ll Do

  • Monitor Ad monetization performance of app publishers from multiple markets (ex: CN, IN, JP, etc). Troubleshoot issues related to Ad performance.
  • Uplift Ad revenue for app publishers via:
  • Review publisher ad monetization accounts (ex: AdMob, GAM, ApplovinMax, LevelPlay, etc) and provide suggestions to optimize Ad revenue
  • Analyze data to Optimize Mediation ad network performance by constantly review, adjust Waterfall prices, execute A/B tests
  • Consult ad logic, ad frequency capping, suggest testing new ad placements/formats and monitor Ad performance & User experience during testing
  • Suggest testing new ad networks
  • Do basic review of publisher UA activity to support UA team
  • Create Performance review slides to update publisher with performance and provide new suggestions
  • Understand internal & partners platforms/features to find optimization opportunities
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore new optimization methods, build new process
  • Conduct different kinds of research (market, competitor, user,…) to provide strategic learnings for business and build strategy

Who You Are

  • Prior experience in the Ad tech industry, Game monetization and product-driven environment (SSP company, Publishing house, Game studio, etc)
  • Preferred experience working with ad network & ad logic pricing optimization.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of technology, marketing, analytics, and data-driven solutions
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and the ability to communicate in other languages (Japanese, Chinese) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with outstanding communication
  • An open mind with strong willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js...) is a big plus but not required
  • Logical, data-oriented, and tech-driven
  • Independent, passionate, self-motivated and quick learner
  • Having a clear career vision is a big plus
