Creative Executive (Performance Marketing)

What You will Do
- Monitor and analyze creative performance of acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Identify performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools.
- Produce and modify digital graphic artwork for all media (videos, ads banner, etc.) following client’s requirements
- Work closely with the internal team and clients to understand the clients’ online advertising campaigns’ objectives
- Work closely with teams to improve QC workflows and cross-function partnerships that help to ensure satisfactory client experience
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape in different markets
- Become knowledgeable on learning design, current industry standards and the latest technologies
- Have a strong understanding of graphic design to be able to edit creatives to adhere to clients’ creative guidelines and campaign design elements
Who You Are
- A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, and other relevant fields.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and advertising platforms (policies, requirements, how to optimize ad campaigns…)
- Flexibility to work on different types of projects
- Aware of current advertising trends
- Strong visual sense
- Be familiar with design software, such as Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command in English
