Human Resource Officer (Junior/Senior level)

We are seeking an HR Officer (Junior/Senior level) specializing in Visa and Work Permit and Employee Database processes to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for our international employees.

What You'll Do

• Organize, maintain, and update our internal databases with digital personnel records, keeping vital employee information readily accessible.
• Implement and update the organizational structure to reflect changes within the company.
• Administer the performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals through our internal system.
• Manage VISA and Work Permit processes, keeping track of expiration dates, and act as the first point of contact for expat employees.
• Ensure that all HR activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support the payroll department by providing information on leaves and employee benefits for expat employees.
• Maintain a high level of communication with managers, colleagues, and department heads to disseminate information and address employee queries.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources field
• Proven experience in managing visa and work permit processes, particularly for international employees.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English, enabling effective communication in both languages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and expat employees
• Basic knowledge of Thai Labor Law
