Regional Legal Executive

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research on local and regional regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
Support regulatory compliance efforts by monitoring legal developments and ensuring company adherence to relevant laws.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Corporate Governance (CG) and Information Management (IM), to address legal inquiries and compliance concerns.
Maintain legal records, documentation, and contract databases.

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
0-1 year of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or regional setting.
Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is preferred.
