What You'll Do

  • Identify sales leads, prospects, and opportunities for business growth
  • Understand the client’s business and identify marketing needs and pain points
  • Develop and pitch marketing plans integrated with influencer and digital solutions
  • Maintain relationships with both local and international clients in a consultative fashion
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliverables
  • Have a strong understanding of company products, competition in the market and positioning.
  • Consistently deliver sales targets every month and develop sales strategy
  • Contribute to team effort and be able to coach and mentor other junior members
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advertising, digital marketing, influencer trends

 

 Who You Are

  • 3-4+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development function (Advertising, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce)
  • 1+ years experience in Digital Marketing Industry or AdTech companies
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Good command of English and Thai
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills
  • Positive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Being a leader and taking ownership of tasks
  • Fast learner with can-do attitude
  • Result-oriented mind with passion for work
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
