At AnyMind Group, Account Manager develop business relationships with Clients, business executives and stakeholders. As an Account Manager will manage a few teams and connect cross departments. This person also needs to scale up the Client business and has initiative to see potential trends that might be beneficial for the Client.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipate client needs, being client's consultant whenever they need an advice that relate to AnyMind product and services
  • Liaise with the Business Development team and lead in concepting the strategy and other initiatives for doing upsell and cross sell in order to achieve Company's revenue. Can do both sales and maintain (for existing business)
  • Assist and monitor team performance such timeline, campaign arrangement, report and else. Identify member's gaps and issues. Have excellent skill to manage the team and be the best mentor and problem solver. 
  • Determined to growth client and company needs, by knowing every product and service from AnyMind so he/she is able to give recommendations based on that. Well understand about AnyMind positioning and market situation and how to winning the market
  • Build strong communication between other departments and make the whole internal business process happen mutually

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any background
  • Good command of English
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Advertising industry along with 2+ years of experience managing team
  • Well experience in Paid Media and Influencer projects. Has experience handling performance campaign and have basic knowledge of creative and strategy would be advantage
  • Teamwork attitude. Used to work with a cross Department with strong communication skills and problem solver.
  • Strong negotiation skills, commitment, integrity, and always improve for self & team development.
  • Possesses in time management skills and attention to detail
