Intern - Japanese D2C Cross Border E-commerce Operations

Are you curious about the world of e-commerce and eager to gain in-depth industry knowledge? We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team! In this role, you will learn essential e-commerce and marketing skills while becoming a valuable support member for customer service.

What You Will Do

• Assist Japanese brand clients with e-commerce operations, including:
  • Collecting and analyzing daily sales data
  • Planning and optimizing social media content
  • Tracking international logistics
  • Handling customer inquiries
• Conduct outreach to potential clients for the D2C team
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor

Who You Are

• Open to recent graduates for internships, with an opportunity for a full-time position after six months based on performance
• University seniors (both day and night school) are welcome, with a preference for those willing to transition to full-time employment after graduation
• Able to work at least three days per week, with priority given to those available for five days
• Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Japanese language proficiency of N2 or above
• Interested in e-commerce or marketing
