Sales Administrative Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Executive to support our Sales and Operations teams by handling key administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient processing of orders, maintaining documentation, and assisting with the smooth coordination between departments. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do 

• Manage and process essential sales documents, including Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), quotations, invoices, and other required paperwork.
• Assist the Sales and Operations teams by creating and maintaining accurate documents and records.
• Ensure timely and precise processing of all orders.
• Support day-to-day sales operations and coordinate with the operations department to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance and Accounting Manager.

Who You Are 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or Sales Support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English (written, spoken, and reading).
