As an Account Management Executive at AnyMind Thailand, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development team in building and maintaining strong relationships with our global clients. You will gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of influencer marketing and online media, assisting in the execution of campaigns, providing administrative support, and contributing to client satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Assist Business Development team and Account Management in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
- Support the development and execution of influencer marketing and online media campaigns.
- Coordinate project-related tasks, ensuring timely delivery of materials and information.
- Schedule and organize client meetings, both on-site and remotely, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of performance reports and presentations for clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and flag any potential issues to the Senior Account Manager.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and helpful responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and creative, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and project documentation.
- Identify opportunities to learn about upselling and cross-selling under the guidance of senior team members.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and insights to identify potential clients, personalize outreach, and optimize sales strategies.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of business development/sales experience in a global digital marketing agency
- Experience utilizing AI-powered sales and marketing tools for lead generation, customer relationship management, and campaign optimization.
- Proven expertise in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible.
- Energetic and thrives under pressure.
