Senior Talent Operations Partner

D2C & EC Enablement, Anywhere

Oversees the end-to-end talent lifecycle by combining talent acquisition, operations, and talent management. This role is responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring accurate attendance and payroll administration, and fostering positive creator relationships to support operational efficiency, and talent retention

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Talent Management team to source, screen, and onboard creators.
  • Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline to support current and upcoming campaign requirements.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Schedulers to monitor daily schedules through Timekeeping Software.
  • Track attendance, validate rendered hours, and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
  • Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies before payroll processing.
  • Audit compensation records, manual trackers, and attendance data before payroll cut-offs.
  • Process payouts for project-based/part-time, and on-call Live Hosts.
  • Manage timekeeping and scheduling records, review and approve attendance corrections
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Live Hosts/Talents throughout their engagement.
  • Provide guidance, address concerns, and support day-to-day talent needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve creator engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Maintain strong relationships with creators to encourage long-term partnerships and support business objectives

Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, or Live Commerce, preferably with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Lazada
  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting live-streaming hosts, influencers, or creators for shoppable livestreams and brand campaigns.
  • Strong creator relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport, maintain engagement, and support host/creator retention.
  • Comfortable managing schedules, attendance, and timekeeping, including resolving shift adjustments and ensuring accurate tracking of creator hours
  • Experience handling or auditing creator payouts, attendance records, or timesheets is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, particularly for tracking creator performance, attendance, schedules, and recruitment pipelines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creators and time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work 100% onsite and follow a shifting 5-day work schedule with 2 days off
